MEMBERSHIP


Professional meetings are open to non-members but students will have to officially join to gain all of the benefits the Accounting Club has to offer.  Membership is open to all graduate and undergraduate students with an interest in the accounting or finance professions. To become a member, students must fill out an IMA application and pay an $80 new member fee, of which $25 is for IMA dues. In following years members will only be required to pay the $25 IMA fee.  As a member of an IMA student chapter, students can attend parent chapter meetings for no additional fee and students get a subscription to the magazine "Strategic Finance

APPLYING

Students can pick up applications at any monthly Accounting Club meeting or the Accounting Club office in Glass 422. The application can also be downloaded below and printed anytime. The application with the $80 fee can be turned into the Accounting Club office or at any of the Accounting Club meetings. 

PAYING

Students can pay by cash, check (Payable to Accounting Club), or credit card. When paying with cash or check, make sure to have your ACC Club & IMA Application filled out and return both the application and payment to an officer or Dr. Greer at either a meeting or during office hours

If you are wanting to pay by card, you will simply turn in a completed application and an officer will show you how to pay with a card at that time. Any credit card payments will have a processing fee added to the application or renewal fee. 

If you are a returning member, you can renew your membership on the IMA site.
